PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for staining a histological sample and an automated stainer, enabling a user to obtain a good staining result even if the user does not have knowledge based on an experience.SOLUTION: A method for staining a histological sample in which a sample receives an action of at least one dye under application of at least one coloring parameter includes steps of setting coloring parameter, and pre-determining and representing a result of an action of dye which can be predicted in advance without actually staining the sample when applying the set coloring parameter. |
