This optical measuring device comprises a master laser, a slave laser, an irradiation light pulse output device, and an output device for the signal to be measured. According to this optical measuring device, the master laser outputs a master laser light pulse, and the slave laser outputs a slave laser light pulse that has a different pulse repetition frequency or phase than the master laser light pulse. In addition, the irradiation light pulse output device receives the master laser light pulse and outputs an irradiation light pulse, and the output device for the signal to be measured receives a light pulse to be measured obtained by the object to be measured being irradiated by the irradiation light pulse, and then outputs, when the slave laser light pulse is received, a signal to be measured corresponding to the power of the light pulse to be measured. In addition, the measurement error of the signal to be measured is corrected. |
