Provided is an adhesive tape for preventing aquatic biofouling, capable of providing a good mutual balance between the characteristic of being difficult to detach from the adherend during use in seawater and the characteristic of being easy to detach from the adherend without causing anchoring failure between the layers of the substrate and adhesive after use in seawater. This adhesive tape for preventing aquatic biofouling is an adhesive tape containing an antifouling layer, substrate layer, and adhesive layer in that order; the substrate layer containing an elastomer resin, and the substrate layer containing a nitrogen-containing monomer that is at least one selected from amine monomers and amide monomers.
