<p>The present invention relates to a method for preparing a plasma-sterilized antibacterial suture. More specifically, microparticles are prepared by using an antibacterial material and a biodegradable material, and the microparticles are sprayed on a suture and a packing material for the suture with a spray or an aerogel to be adhered thereto, thereby reducing sterilization time so as to decrease the loss of volatile triclosan with low toxicity during a sterilization and vacuum drying process for the suture. In addition, triclosan is mixed with GC so as to be adhered by a spray, thereby reducing the outflow of triclosan; GC, which is a biocompatible adhesive material, is added when preparing a microparticle mixture solution so as to be sprayed with a spray or an aerogel on a PGLA-absorbing suture, which is a biodegradable suture, thereby improving the adhesion of an antibiotic; plasma sterilization is applied to a suture and a packing material for the suture, thereby enabling sterilization at a low temperature within a short time and improving antibacterial effects; and a sterilant such as hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) or ozone (O3) is used when operating a plasma sterilizer, thereby improving antibacterial effects.</p> |
