Provided is a thin film transistor which includes a substrate, a gate electrode formed on the substrate, an active layer arranged to be separated from the gate electrode, a source electrode and a drain electrode which are separated from the gate electrode and are connected to the active layer, a gate line which is formed in the same layer as the gate electrode and is connected to the gate electrode, and a first conductive member which is electrically connected to the gate line and is formed to be overlapped with the gate line.
