The touch panel (100) according to the present invention is configured to include a transparent substrate (105) divided by an action area (A) and a bezel area (B) on the border of the active area (A); an electrode pattern (110) formed on the active area (A); an electrode wiring (120) formed on the bezel area (B) to connect to the electrode pattern (110); and a display (130) which outputs a specific light to the bezel area (B).
