<p>The present invention relates to a system and a method for diagnosing self-actualization ability capable of improving self-actualization by responding to questions for diagnosing self-actualization accessing to the system via internet and by diagnosing individual self-actualization ability based on the response materials. The system for diagnosing self-actualization ability comprises a management server for remotely providing respective client systems of a plurality of customers with data on self-actualization ability diagnosis of a person who wants to diagnose self-actualization ability through a network. The management server includes a diagnosis guiding unit for guiding self-actualization diagnosis that the customers want through the client systems; a diagnosis selecting unit for selecting general diagnosis or precise diagnosis of the self-actualization diagnosis guided by the diagnosis guiding unit through the client systems; a diagnosing unit for diagnosing the self-actualization of the customers according to the general diagnosis or the precise diagnosis of the self-actualization diagnosis selected by the diagnosis selecting unit; a diagnosis outputting unit for outputting a diagnosis result by the diagnosing unit to the client systems; and a fee processing unit for paying fees for diagnosing the self-actualization ability that the customers want, thereby measuring the degree of development of individual self-actualization tendency to diagnose the individual self-actualization ability and suggesting systematically demonstrated method for investigating the cause and developing the self-actualization diagnosis if the result of the self-actualization ability diagnosis is not satisfactory.
