An apparatus for power generation and pollutant processing by using plasma mainly comprises a matrix heat pump, a high voltage power supply, a high voltage discharge capacitor, a heating chamber, a discharge chamber, a recycling chamber, and a connected wire and switch. In the heating chamber, the matrix heat pump transmits air energy to a pollutant to dissociate into plasma, the high voltage power supply pressurizes at two sides outside the heating chamber to form an electric potential difference, the plasma moves to the two sides in the heating chamber under an electric field to guide electrons into the discharge chamber to form an advanced high voltage discharge capacitor, the pollutant is split and decomposed into atoms or ions and the like under impact of high voltage electrons, and the ions with use values are recycled through the recycling chamber and the rest of energy is discharged outside to be used by the heat pump for cyclic utilization again. |
