PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrical apparatus which realizes enhanced power saving and energy saving compared to conventional ones.SOLUTION: A control device comprises: an acquisition unit (communication unit 201) which acquires power consumption of electrical apparatuses in a target area in time series; a first determination unit 231 which determines whether the acquired pieces of power consumption are equal to or less than a predetermined threshold; a second determination unit 232 which determines whether a person exists in the target area; and an apparatus control unit 210 which stops supplying power to the electrical apparatuses when the acquired pieces of power consumption are equal to or less than the threshold and also it is determined that no one exists in the target area.
