PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shape measuring device, a shape measuring method, and a shape measuring program capable of easily adjusting an attitude of a measurement object into an appropriate state for shape measurement before the shape measurement of the measurement object.SOLUTION: Light radiated by a light projection unit 110 is reflected on a measurement object S, and received by a light receiving unit 120. On the basis of a light receiving signal output by the light receiving unit 120, one three-dimensional shape data of the measurement object S is generated. A defective part of the generated one three-dimensional shape data is determined, and an image of the measurement object S photographed by the light receiving unit 120 so that the defective part can be recognized is displayed on a display unit 400. After the defective part is determined, an attitude of the measurement object S is adjusted. The light radiated by the light projection unit 110 is reflected on the measurement object S, and received by the light receiving unit 120. On the basis of the light receiving signal output from the light receiving unit 120, the other three-dimensional shape data of the measurement object is generated. |
