PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively and properly perform maintenance management of an apparatus.SOLUTION: An information processor stores the past number of exchange times of each component constituting an apparatus (S12), stores the importance to a unit composed of respective components about the respective components (S13), calculates an exchange point being a value obtained by multiplying the number of exchange times by the importance about the respective components, and calculates an importance total value in each different unit being a value obtained by totalizing importance of the respective components in each unit (S14), calculates an exchange point total value in each different unit being a value obtained by totalizing exchange points of the respective components in each different unit (S15), calculates exchange necessity in each different unit being a value obtained by dividing the exchange point total value in each different unit by an importance value in each different unit in each unit (S16), determines whether the exchange necessity in each different unit exceeds a prescribed threshold in each unit (S17), and outputs the effect that the unit should be exchanged in the case where the exchange necessity in each different unit exceeds the prescribed threshold (18). |
