The present invention is related to a portable carrying device with adjustable tying straps and a reinforced handle, comprising a base to the lateral wall of which at least two straps are attached. On the opposite lateral side two retaining means are embedded in the base, which are capable of receiving and retaining said straps; on the upper surface the base also includes a carrying handle. In an alternative embodiment a third strap may also be included. |
