<p>An implant conveying system, comprising an inner tube assembly, an outer tube assembly, and a function handle; the function handle comprises a threaded rod (7), a push-pull control component, an outer sleeve (6), a displacement tube (20), an inner tube fixing component (21), an outer tube fixing component, and a stabilizer tube fixing component; the threaded rod (7) passes through the inner hole of the displacement tube (20); the front end of the threaded rod (7) is provided with threads matching a clip (22) in the push-pull control component, and the tail end of the threaded rod (7) is provided with a knob (41) having no constraint outside; the push-pull control component is provided with the clip (22), a spring (23) and a button (40); the clip (22) can pass through a through-channel to match with the threads of the threaded rod (7) in the displacement tube (20); the spring (23) realizes the automatic locking of the clip (22) to the threaded rod (7); the button (40) is disposed over the clip (22); an operator can operate the button (40) to drive the clip (22) so as to disengage the clip (22) from the threads of the threaded rod (7); the advancement and withdrawal of the outer tube assembly can also be controlled by pulling a circular shell (5) to drive the displacement tube (20) to move back and forth.
