<p>The system (1) has a security component (2) arranged on a motor vehicle component. The security component is mounted in an idle state in a profile rail (4) and arcuately curved by an actuator i.e. prestressed spring, relative to the profile rail. A fastening device (11) is held in a pretensioned state of the spring. An arc-shaped chain is formed in the security component, and comprises multiple chain links. The chain is moved out in the profile rail. The chain links are provided with locking elements to provide the extended arc stability during the extension movement.</p>
