The present invention relates to a bilge keel structure and an assembling method thereof. The purpose of the present invention is to provide the bilge keel structure and the assembling method thereof, which can easily maintain the assembling degree by assembling a bilge keel assembly as one unit in advance, can prevent the deformation of an edge unit by performing welding after binding a bilge keel bottom plate to a jig, can improve productivity and safety by attaching and flat-welding an internal aggregate on the basis of the bottom plate, and can improve productivity and quality by preventing or minimizing welding distortion. The bilge keel structure comprises: a shell plate which forms the bottom of a bilge keel; a rectangular bottom plate which is attached and welded to the shell plate at a fixed angle; a triangular internal aggregate which is attached and welded to one surface of the bottom plate; a top plate which is attached and welded to one inclined cross section of the internal aggregate; multiple double plates which are attached and welded in parallel with the shell plate; multiple pin jigs which support the bottom plate; and multiple chill plates, which are doubling plates attached and welded to the multiple double plates at a fixed angle.
