FIELD: physics.SUBSTANCE: capacitor element (C1c) is formed between a pixel electrode (20) and a counter electrode (80). Counter electrode voltage (Vcom) is applied across the counter electrode (80). The second switching circuit (23) is configured by a series circuit of transistors (T1 and T3), and the control terminal of the transistor (T1), the second terminal of the transistor (T2) and one terminal of the voltage boosting capacitor element (Cbst) form an output node (N2).
