PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a limit process from being nullified by a lower-side condition when a control solution using at least an operation input upper limit value or an operation input lower limit value is performed by an upper-side device.SOLUTION: A control apparatus comprises: an operation input upper limit value OH1 storage section 1 configured to store an operation input upper limit value OH1 set from an upper side device; an operation input upper limit value OH2 storage section 2 configured to store an operation input upper limit value OH2 set by a user; an upper limit value selecting section 3 configured to compare the operation input upper limit value OH1 and the operation input upper limit value OH2 and to employ a smaller one as an operation input upper limit value OH used in an upper limit processing section 5; a control arithmetic section 4 configured to calculate an operation input MV; and the upper limit processing section 5 configured to perform an upper limit process for limiting the operation input MV to a value not greater than the operation input upper limit value OH employed by the upper limit value selecting section 3. |
