PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery pack in which a temperature difference between single batteries can be reduced and battery capacitance per volume can be increased, and a container with the same.SOLUTION: A battery pack 100 comprises: a battery module 10 including a plurality of single batteries 1 which are disposed in parallel in one row; and a partition member 20 which is provided on a side face of the battery module 10 and forms a flow passage 21 in which gas to be heat-exchanged with the plurality of single batteries 1 can be conducted. The partition member 20 is provided so as to perform heat exchange between the gas conducting in the flow passage 21 and at least two single batteries 1, and provided while being inclined in a direction vertical to a parallel disposing direction of the plurality of single batteries 1 which are disposed in parallel in one row.
