PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce an arithmetic amount in reconfiguration-type super resolution processing.SOLUTION: An image processor 10 includes a plurality of constituents. A motion prediction section 11 receives input image data including a plurality of frames, and generates a first motion vector showing correspondence between a pixel on a target frame and a pixel on a reference frame. A motion vector conversion section 12 converts the first motion vector into a second motion vector showing correspondence between a pixel on an interpolation frame for interpolating the plurality of frames and the pixel on the reference frame. A motion compensation unit 2 performs frame interpolation processing on the input image data by using the second motion vector and generates motion compensation data including the plurality of interpolation frames. A scaling unit 4 performs scaling processing on the input image data and generates scaling image data. A reconfiguration processing section performs reconfiguration processing on the scaling image data by using the motion compensation data and generates output image data. |
