PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an interferential spectroscopy detector which overcomes shortcomings of the related art.SOLUTION: An interferential spectroscopy detector in the field of electronic detectors includes: a waveguide 1 having an input side and a mirror 2 on an opposite side; and a detector 5 detecting electromagnetic rays carrying an electric signal as a function of local intensity of an electromagnetic wave. The detection is performed between the input side and the mirror.
