PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable operation of a device to be captured with an easy operation of referencing and executing an image representing the device to be captured.SOLUTION: An imaging unit 11 captures an image-capturing target device 150 as a device to be captured. A communication unit 16 communicates with the image-capturing target device 150. A display control unit 14 controls a display unit 15 to display a captured image captured by the imaging unit 11. An operation input reception unit 19 receives an operation input for specifying a position in the captured image. An image determination unit 12 determines whether the position specified through the operation input is a position corresponding to a predetermined portion of the image-capturing target device 150. When the image determination unit 12 determines that the position specified through the operation input is the position corresponding to the predetermined portion, a communication control unit 20 controls the communication unit 16 to transmit information corresponding to the predetermined portion to the image-capturing target device 150.
