PURPOSE: An RTU(Remote Terminal Unit) server-embedded river monitoring system and a control system thereof are provided to monitor states of a river as a manager in a remote place accesses an RTU server by embedding the RTU server. CONSTITUTION: A monitoring unit(120) observes states and information about an observation target river. An RTU server(400) transceives information from a web browser. A main unit(200) includes the RTU server and transmits information obtained from the monitoring unit to the outside. A communication unit(110) transmits the observed information to the main unit. A power unit(100) supplies power to the main unit, the communication unit, and the monitoring unit.
