The present invention relates to a tire supply system which has one or more discharge conveyors matching to one supply conveyor to arrange and supply tires continuously and effectively in accordance with a production speed of a vehicle. The system includes the supply conveyor supplying piled five tires for one vehicle, and an arranging unit installed between the supply conveyor and a vehicle production line to arrange and discharge a tire one by one from the tires for one vehicle. The arranging unit includes the discharge conveyors installed by one or more between the supply conveyor and a vehicle production line in order to supply the arranged tire to the vehicle production line successively, a multi-joint robot installed between the supply conveyor and the discharge conveyor to arrange the piled tires one by one to the discharge conveyor, and a gripper installed at an end of an arm of the multi-joint robot to grip the piled tire successively from the top and to arrange to the discharge conveyor. |
