摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light emitting device which obtains a desired chromaticity on a non-flat or flat surface with a structure causing only small influences on the outer shape, and to provide a manufacturing method of the light emitting device and a chromaticity adjustment method of the light emitting device.SOLUTION: A light emitting device 10 is a white LED light emitting device including an LED element 13 emitting blue light and phosphors 16 which emit red and green fluorescent light. The LED element 13 is sealed by a sealing resin 15 where the phosphors 16 are dispersed. A periphery of the LED element 13 is sealed by a transparent resin 17 and the light emitting device has a shell shape. A transparent film 18 which has light transmissivity and reflects a part of a blue color component of mixed light is formed on a surface of the transparent resin 17.
