PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an evacuation device in which, especially, not only people but also vehicles can effectively evacuate prior to the attack of tsunami, on the assumption of providing the evacuation device with which inhabitants in a near field can evacuate as many as possible, and which also has a function, in the case of attack of tsunami flows or drifts, for protecting the evacuation device per se therefrom.SOLUTION: An evacuation device comprises: a support such as an upright post or an arch structure which is erected on the ground as a steel-frame or reinforced concrete type; a frame body which is supported by the support so as to be available as an evacuation stage having an area enough to evacuate a number of persons; and ascending/descending means connecting the ground and the frame body. Ordinarily, the ascending/descending means is located at a high position but when evacuation is needed, it can be lifted/lowered so as to connect the ground and the frame body, such that vehicles and/or persons can ascend/descend. |
