PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic apparatus and a method for determining communication speed between electronic apparatuses.SOLUTION: An electronic apparatus of an embodiment comprises radio communication means and notification means. The radio communication means receives content held by a content provision source from a communication device that transfers the content by radio communication. The notification means detects the communication speed and its change of the radio communication unit, and gives notice of the state of the communication speed if reproduction of the content transferred by the communication device is influenced.
