PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a battery from being completely discharged even when a long-term power failure occurs, in order to: prevent loss of a function of a power receiving/transforming facility by preventing a blackout of a switchgear auxiliary apparatus; and prevent power recovery work after the long-term power failure from being prolonged.SOLUTION: An outdoor switchgear comprises: a main opening/closing switchgear containing at least a breaker; a battery switchgear containing at least a battery; a solar panel which is installed so as to cover roof parts arranged on ceiling parts of the battery switchgear and the main opening/closing switchgear, and is connected to the battery to charge the battery with generated power; and a switchgear auxiliary apparatus to which power stored in the battery is supplied. |
