PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel medicament useful for treatment and prevention of Behcet disease.SOLUTION: There are provided a therapeutic agent for retinal uveitis in a human individual suffering from Behcet disease, comprising anti-human TNF-α monoclonal antibody or its portion as an active ingredient, and a preventive agent for preventing ophthalmologic symptoms associated with retinal uveitis in a human individual suffering from Behcet disease, comprising anti-human TNF-α monoclonal antibody or its portion as an active ingredient. |
