PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid drop discharge head and an image formation apparatus having improved bonding accuracy of head constituent members.SOLUTION: In a liquid drop discharge head configured so that a nozzle plate 2 in which a plurality of nozzles 4 are formed; a channel substrate 1 constituting liquid chambers communicated with the nozzles 4; a diaphragm 6 forming at least one wall surface of the liquid chambers; an actuator 8 displacing the diaphragm 6 are stacked, an alignment through-hole for aligning at least one of the channel substrate 1, the diaphragm 6, and the actuator 8 to the nozzle plate 2 is formed in the nozzle plate 2, an opening of the alignment through-hole is covered with a light transmission material 13 different from a material of the nozzle plate 2. |
