PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical transmitting/receiving device that allows suppressing signal degradation.SOLUTION: An optical transmitting/receiving device 1 includes: an optical circuit board 20 including a light-receiving element 21 and a light-emitting element 22; a connection board 10 including a connection portion to an instrument; a light-receiving wiring portion electrically connecting the light-receiving element 21 and the connection portion; a light-receiving connection portion 27 located on a path of the light-receiving wiring portion and connecting the optical circuit board 20 and the connection board 10; a light-emitting wiring portion electrically connecting the light-emitting element 22 and the connection portion; and a light-emitting connection portion 26 located on the light-emitting wiring portion and connecting the optical circuit board 20 and the connection board 10. The light-receiving connection portion 27 is provided on one surface side of the connection board 10 so as to straddle between end portions of the optical circuit board 20 and the connection board 10, whereas the light-emitting connection portion 26 is provided on the other surface side of the connection board 10 so as to straddle between the end portions of the optical circuit board 20 and the connection board 10. |
