PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically limit the data size of electronic data to be attached to e-mail for each transmission source.SOLUTION: An information apparatus that can transmit e-mail has size setting information (T1) showing allowable data sizes which are respectively associated with a plurality of mail addresses. In the case that the data size of electronic data designated to a transmission object by a user exceeds an allowable data size associated with a mail address designated as a destination, the information apparatus stores the electronic data without transmitting the electronic data, and transmits e-mail notifying that the electronic data is stored without being transmitted to the mail address designated by the user as the destination. |
