A problem which is addressed by the present invention is to provide an audio emitter, an audio emission device, and an electronic apparatus comprising an exciter which receives an input of an electrical signal and oscillates, whereby peaks and dips are alleviated, and it is possible to make level a frequency characteristic. To solve this problem, an audio emitter disclosed in the present application comprises: an exciter (1) which receives an input of an electrical signal and oscillates; and a film-shaped oscillation body (3) whereto the exciter (1) is bonded via a bonding material (21), and which oscillates with the exciter (1) by the oscillations of the exciter (1). The bonding material (21) has an overflow part (21a) which overflows beyond the outer edge of the exciter (1) when the oscillation body (3) is seen in plan view, and at least a portion of the overflow part (21a) has a wavy shape. |
