<p>The present invention relates to a fruit wine and a preparation method therefor, comprising either dry or dehydrated fruit and a drinking wine, wherein the allocated ratio of the dried fruit and the drinking wine is 1:2-1:5 by weight ratio and the ethanol content of the drinking wine is 15%VOL-80%VOL. The present invention creates an unprecedented highly nutritional ethanolic drink by making the nutritional content of the obtained fruit wine account for about 10%-60% of the wine weight via repeatedly dipping the dried fruit into the drinking wine; meanwhile, the utilization rate of the fruit nutrition reaches 80%-90%. The present invention prepares a fruit wine by dipping a kind of dried fruit into a drinking wine, or prepares a mixed fruit wine by dipping two or more kinds of dried fruit into a drinking wine or prepares a mixed fruit wine by blending different fruit wines. The mixed preparation can adjust and improve the flavor, concentration and colour of various fruit wines, meet the tastes and requirements of different drinkers and enable the intake of fructose and other fruit nutrients while drinking.</p> |
