The present invention describes a process for utilising waste heat (hot gas at 200°C) dissipated through the chimneys (1) of steam-generator boilers. The initially superheated gases are first fed to a pre-heater (3) with spraying nozzles (7) which remove excess heat and saturate the superheated gases, and are then fed to a multiple effect evaporator (12, 23, 24) which concentrates the juice or vinasse with "N" effects. This process allows the concentration of juice or vinasse by means of turbulent spray evaporators especially developed to be 100% fed with hot gases from boiler chimneys. Also described is an improvement to the concentration plant consisting of a coupling (2) that captures all or part of the hot gases eliminated through chimneys and adds the hot gases to scrubbers or sprayers (7) that scrub said gases and remove excess heat with condensed water (17), and of an added chimney (11) for eliminating dry gases (10) that cannot be condensed.
|
