<p>A caterpillar track, which comprises right caterpillar track links (200). A right caterpillar track link (200) comprises a first pin sleeve hole (201), a supporting rib (202), an orbital plane (203), a second pin sleeve hole (204), a caterpillar track link nut window (205), track board and a bolt hole, a track board (206), and a bolt hole (207). The first pin sleeve hole (201) is connected with the second pin sleeve hole (204) through the orbital plane (203) and the track board (206), and the orbital plane (203) is connected with the track board (206) through the supporting rib (202). The caterpillar track link nut window (205) is formed between the supporting rib (202) and the two pin sleeve hole (201, 204). The holt hole (207) is processed and formed on the track board (206). The right caterpillar track link (200) is connected with a left caterpillar track link (100) through a pin sleeve (12). The first pin sleeve hole (12) in the right caterpillar track link (200) is in interference fit with the outer diameter of the pin sleeve (12), and the second pin sleeve hole (204) in the right caterpillar track link (200) is in clearance fit with the outer diameter of the pin sleeve (12). A last right caterpillar track link (200) and a last left caterpillar track link (100) are assembled by a circlip for shaft (13) and a locking pin sleeve (14). The locking pin sleeve (14) comprises a trench (141) of the circlip for shaft and a pin sleeve outer diameter. The trench (141) of the circlip for shaft is used to place the circlip for shaft (13). In the caterpillar track, a component, that is, a pin shaft, is not used, thus optimizing the caterpillar track link structure and reducing the material consumption of caterpillar track links.</p> |
