The present invention relates to a stereoscopic image display device. Each of first pixels is divided into: a first main pixel part which displays 2D image data in a 2D mode and displays 3D image data in a 3D mode; and a first sub pixel part which displays the 2D image data in the 2D mode and displays only black gradations in the 3D mode. Each of second pixels is divided into: a second main pixel part which displays 2D image data in the 2D mode and displays 3D image data in the 3D mode; and a second sub pixel part which displays the 2D image data in the 2D mode and displays data of gradation which is proportional to the gradation of the 3D image data in the 3D mode. The second pixel is arranged between the first pixels. |
