PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information management system and others which can control access to a document.SOLUTION: An information management system comprises an information management device and a radio information terminal which accesses a document. The information management device comprises: position information acquisition means which acquires position information of the radio information terminal; storage means which stores position information indicating positions at which the radio information terminal is authorized to access the document; and determination means which determines whether to authorize the radio information terminal to access the document on the basis of the position information of the radio information terminal acquired by the position information acquisition means and the position information indicating positions at which the radio information terminal is authorized to access the document.
