PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ball bearing using a martensitic stainless steel, excellent in corrosion resistance and cold workability, excellent in abrasion resistance with having efficient surface hardness after heat treatment, and having a low amount of retained austenite and small dimensional change with time.SOLUTION: There is provide a ball bearing containing at least an inner ring and an outer ring by a martensitic stainless steel containing, by weight ratio, C:0.35 to 0.45%, Si:0.2% or less, Mn:0.3% or less, P:0.02% or less, S:0.02% or less, Cr:15 to 17%, Mo:1.5 to 2.5%, B:0.001 to 0.003%, N:0.15 to 0.25%, and the balance Fe with inevitable impurities. |
