PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a workpiece automatic carrier device for a hot forging press which improves the productivity and the quality of a product, and to provide a control method of the workpiece automatic carrier device.SOLUTION: A workpiece automatic carrier device for a hot forging press includes: multiple chucks 47a to 47c which may simultaneously supply work-pieces W1 to W3 to lower molds PL1 to PL3 of hot forging presses P arranged in a process order; a chuck neck 46 to which the respective chucks 47a to 47c are fastened, the chuck neck 46 extending in a horizontal direction; a balancer cylinder 31 which constantly presses the chuck neck 46 upward in a vertical direction; and a three-dimensional robot which moves the chuck neck 46 while maintaining the chuck neck 46 in a horizontal state. |
