DUAL PHASE COLUMN MEMBRANE PROTEIN MICRO-REACTOR AND USE THEREOF

The present invention relates to a dual phase column membrane protein micro-reactor which can achieve acidic and alkalinity displacements for a reaction system; the micro-reactor uses a cation exchange material and an anion exchange material as stationary phases, the two stationary phases being sequentially filled into the same container, and can achieve sample pretreatment processes of trapping in situ, pH displacement, reduction, alkylation, enzymolysis of the membrane protein sample. The device has advantages of a high recovery rate, being simple, efficient, fast and so on.
