The present invention provides a smart sterilizer that combines to a medical table. The smart sterilizer combined to a medical table according to the present invention has a structure which can simply hold, sterilize, and operate small medical tools such as a handpiece and a tubing, can automatically control movements of the tubing or a unit chair by being connected to the unit chair, and can output information such as patient records. The smart sterilizer combined to a medical table according to the present invention comprises: a main body case having a storage space with an open upper part; a cover which opens and closes the storage space by being hinge-connected to the main body case; a sterilization tool which is installed in either the main body case or the cover to sterilize the storage space; and a controller which controls the operations of the sterilization tool, allowing the small medical tools to be stored in the storage space and to be sterilized by the sterilization tool when necessary.
