<p>The tile cutter comprises a base plate (1) for accommodating a tile, and a slide (3) that is movable in horizontal direction along a guide (2) above the base plate, on which a cutting element carrier (4) is articulated. The carrier is supported on a stopper through a counter stopper when the slide is moved along the guide in the cutting direction. The carrier is articulated on the slide in such a way that the carrier slides or rolls across the tile without vertical force application, when the slide is moved in direction opposite to cutting direction.</p> |
