The device has a storage cabinet including supports (12) for reception of blister (B) of drug products (A). Positioning units e.g. carriage, position automatically an extraction unit (20) with respect to a compartment (C) of the blister. Identification units (18) e.g. radio frequency identification unit chip, associated with the supports cooperate with detection units. Electronic/computing units manage positioning and implementation of the extraction unit according to information of the detection units. Reception units e.g. studs, receive the product extracted from the compartment. The electronic/computing units are selected from a personal computer or a programmable logic controller.
