The present invention relates to a disposable cup-shaped container having a double cup structure which can prevent the temperature of food from being transferred to a handle thereof. The disposable cup-shaped container includes a container body (10) with an opened upper portion to receive the food; a funnel part (20) extended outward from the upper portion of the container body (10) to be inclined; coupling protrusions (11) protruding from the upper inner wall of the container body to engage an inner cup (40) with the container body (10); and a lid (30) detachably attached to the upper portion of the funnel part (20).
