The present invention relates to a folding device for a tear bomb launcher having a barrel (4) loaded with a tear bomb therein and a percussion portion (2) pivotally connected by a pin (Pa), which provides a double-locking structure operated by once operation. The folding device includes a fastening lever (26) installed to the percussion portion (2) to be able to pivot around the pin (Pa), and having an upper end (26a) and a rear end (26b), with a top surface being formed with a locking groove (22); and a locking lever (42) having a locking boss (42c) which is locked to the locking groove (22), on a rear end (42a) thereof, and installed on an upper portion of a second portion, the locking lever being pivotally supported by the pin (Pb) between the rear end (42a) and a front end (42b). The fastening lever (26) is supported by a spring in a direction to enable the upper end (26a) of the fastening lever (26) to connect with the rear end (42a) of the locking lever (42). Also, the locking lever (42) is resiliently supported by another spring in a direction to enable the locking boss (42c) of the locking lever (42) to release from the locking groove (22). |
