The present invention relates to a combined DC-AC switching mode power supplier (SMPS) device. The present invention comprises a rectification diode bridge, a DC bypass switch module, and an input power state determination unit. The rectification diode bridge receives AC power and generates rectified DC power. An input side of the DC bypass switch module is connected to the front end of the rectification diode bridge. An output side of the DC bypass switch module is connected to the back end of the rectification diode bridge. The DC bypass switch module bypasses DC power inputted to the front end of the rectification diode bridge in order that the DC power is not inputted to the rectification diode bridge and prevents the loss of the DC power caused by the rectification diode bridge. An input side of the input power state determination unit is connected to the front end of the input side of the rectification diode bridge which is connected to the front end of the DC bypass switch module. An output side of the input power state determination unit is connected to the DC bypass switch module. The input power state determination unit determines whether or not inputted power is the AC power or the DC power and outputs determined information to the DC bypass switch module. The DC bypass switch module bypasses the DC power to the back end of the rectification diode bridge when the inputted power is the DC power according to the determined result of the input power state determination unit. The present invention is provided to reduce power loss of the rectification diode bridge and bypass the rectification diode bridge, thereby securing a stable operation.
