A plan 1 and a plan 2 are repeated. A lever becomes a generator by continuously generating energy and accumulating power through processes in which the energy is generated and reset. The process in which the energy is generated includes a step in which a magnet moves due to gravity; a step in which a magnetism field of a magnet is changed; a step in which power pushing the magnet is applied; a step in which the energy moving water to the opposite side is generated when the magnet is pushed; a step in which the center of the lever is changed when the water flows to the other side; a step in which the magnet moves when the center is changed; and a step in which magnetism field is returned to an initial state.
