A device for fixing a sleeper and a concrete slab panel of asphalt road bed for fixing a concrete sleeper or a concrete slab panel to asphalt road bed comprises: a stress rod which gives tension force by being inserted into a through hole formed on a slab panel or a concrete sleeper from a drilled hole formed on asphalt road bed; a conical anchorage mounted in an end part of the stress rod; two sleeves which are arranged on outer circumferential surface of the anchorage, separated from each other, and adhere to a hole wall of the drilled hole formed on the asphalt road bed as the anchorage is increased; and a fixture coupled to the tensile rod so as to be fixed to the concrete sleeper or the concrete slab panel while the tensile rod is stressed. And the device for fixing a sleeper and a concrete slab panel of asphalt road bed and the method for constructing the device functions as a shear anchor to fix a concrete sleeper or a concrete slab panel to the asphalt road bed by coupling the tensile rod, the two sleeves, he anchorage, and the fixture. |
