A working fluid supply device of an electric discharge machine draws up a cleaned fluid (10) from a cleaned-fluid tank (7) by means of a pump (17) and supplies it to a working tank (5). The pump (17) is connected with a first fluid circuit (18) configured to supply the drawn cleaned fluid to the working tank and a second fluid circuit (19) configured to supply the drawn cleaned fluid to an ion-exchange resin (12) and a refrigerator (13). In supplying the cleaned fluid to the working tank, the first and second fluid circuits are opened and closed, respectively. In supplying the cleaned fluid to the ion-exchange resin and the refrigerator, the first and second fluid circuits are closed and opened, respectively. |
