The method involves validating the user information that checks the user assigned accounts of user use units. The presence of an additional account to a basic account for user is detected. The usage condition of user use units in the supplementary account is checked. The use condition is assigned in the each use unit of the supplementary account. The use of communication link is allowed and the use of appropriate number of usage units is deducted from the supplementary account based upon detection of the usage conditions of user use units in the supplementary account. An independent claim is included for system for utilizing communication link in wireless network.
